Railway facilities

Our rail network spans 94 km (including 13 km of track at secondary connections), comprises 304 turnouts (including 29 turnouts at secondary connections), and includes two of our own ESTW signal boxes as well as three track inspection vehicles.

Our services for the maintenance of railway facilities include:

• Inspection of railway facilities and the associated documentation in accordance with applicable legal and operational regulations for tracks, turnouts, track terminations, loading ramps, shunting aids, track plates, electrical and safety systems, and other railway facilities
• Maintenance of railway facilities
• Consulting on the selection, procurement, or rental of railway-specific materials, tools, equipment, and signals, e.g., brake shoes, wheel chocks, switch locks, track barriers, and safety retaining discs
• Preparation of studies, project specifications, and cost estimates for the construction and maintenance of technical railway facilities (for railway superstructure and railway safety systems)
• Consulting on engineering, construction, construction supervision, procurement, and commissioning of tracks, turnouts, safety systems, other railway facilities, and shunting aids
