Visitor Information Center (BIZ)
In our visitor information centre, all the important facts and figures about the Leuna chemical site are presented in compact form on over 350 square metres. Experience in a multimedia and interactive way who the companies at the site are and what they do.
The highlight of the exhibition is a product wall with 50 acrylic hemispheres.
Without having to leave the building, visitors can use a touchscreen to find out about the raw materials, starting materials, semi-finished products and end products of the companies at the chemical site.
Many varied exhibits invite visitors to explore on their own - from car handles and the bathing sandals of the 2004 Dutch Olympic swimming team to fuels and lubricants.
The Visitor Center is located in the office complex directly at the main gate and serves as an important point of contact between the public and the chemical site. We are pleased to welcome groups interested in learning more about the site and its history. Upon request, your visit can be complemented by a guided bus tour of the site.
Please note that site tours are offered exclusively for registered groups and are not available for private individual visits. Tours can only be arranged after prior coordination and when the occasion is suitable within a professional or event-related context.
Private individuals are welcome to join the site tours offered during our Open Day.
