Starting with the initial contact, we will support your investment on the Leuna Chemical Complex. Tell us about your ideas for the company you would like to set up here – these will be the basis for our action plan.

We will support you in all matters of site development - from optimization of the property quotation and support in accessing the complex´s value-added chain to an offer for services and utilities.

Among other things, we can  support you in preparing your investment plan in cooperation with public bodies – for example, the Landesverwaltungsamt Halle (under whose authority the Complex falls), the Investitions- und Marketinggesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt (investment and Marketing Company of Saxony-Anhalt; IMG) and other regulatory authorities including Leuna town.

Our experience enables us to make valuable suggestions assisting your investment in achieving maximum public investment funding. We can provide support in strategic questions of our development plan for the complex and in the implementation of past solutions achieved at the chemical complex and in the region.

If you wish, you can avail of our capacities for targeted public relations work for your development on the complex.

Additionally, our tasks comprise coordination of regional planning, state and urban land-use planning projects. We would be pleased to offer you our experience in this area to shorten the required approval procedures.
